Gilberto reached out to us and made a pretty compelling case for himself.
He's been DJing Lincoln bars and clubs for six years. Duffy's Tavern is one of his regular spots. He's also been doing weddings for four years on top of that, which means he already knows how different those two worlds are and how to move between them.
What separates him on this roster is that he plays both languages. On the English side he's full open format — hip hop, R&B, pop, country, some rock, house. On the Spanish side he goes deep. Reggaeton, cumbia, norteña, salsa, bachata, huapango, quebradita. That's not a token playlist. That's someone who actually knows that music and grew up with it.
